Introducing the Repair Request Builder! The Spectora Repair Request Builder simplifies the process of creating customized repair requests. At Gatekeeper Inspection Services, we value the partnership between agents and their clients, and we’re committed to making your job easier. With this tool, you can quickly select from our recommendations to include in a tailored report. You will receive both HTML and PDF documents featuring our standard language, with options to enter requested credit amounts and add custom comments. Click
From our HTML report, click on the Agent Tools button, then Repair Request Builder.
Select
Select which recommendations you want to include in the report and add either the requested credit amount or any comments.
Preview
Click preview to see what the document will look like. The running total for credits requested will appear at the top right of the Repair Request Builder.
Create
Click Create to get the link to copy/paste into your own email or send directly through the system!
